About Emily

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychedelic-assisted therapy, as well as a certified nature and forest therapy guide and nature-based wellness coach. For more than 17 years, I have worked alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, helping them cultivate clarity, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves.

I specialize in working with women, young adults, trauma survivors, those who are looking to break patterns of addiction, and anyone exploring questions of identity, letting go of perfectionism, or seeking meaning and purpose in life. My approach blends IFS, somatic practices, narrative and relational therapy, and the wisdom of the natural world- offering a space where curiosity, compassion, and self-understanding can flourish.

You are not broken, and I am not here to heal you, fix you, rescue you, or make you better. I am here to support you on your journey to discovering your authentic self and releasing old stories and patterns of behaviors that no longer serve you so that you may live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
