Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) weaves psychedelic medicine into the therapeutic process as a way to gently loosen long-held patterns, access deeper layers of awareness, and support healing that can feel difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. Used thoughtfully and with care, ketamine can help soften protective defenses, quiet habitual thinking, and open space for new perspectives, emotional flexibility, and self-compassion.
My approach to KAP is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in nervous system support. Preparation and integration are central to the work, ensuring that insights gained during ketamine sessions are met with meaning, care, and practical support for daily life. This is not about seeking peak experiences, but about creating the conditions for lasting change through safety, intention, and relationship.
I partner with Journey Clinical to provide medical screening, psychiatric oversight, and ketamine prescriptions for clients interested in this service.
