Wellness Coaching
I offer wellness coaching for individuals, couples, and groups.
Sessions are available virtually for clients anywhere and in person for those located in California.
Nature-based wellness coaching offers a way to slow down, listen, and reconnect—with yourself, what matters most, and the more-than-human world that holds us. My approach is informed by parts-based work, supporting you in noticing different inner responses with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and time in relationship with nature, we cultivate awareness, resilience, and a steadier nervous system. This work is not about fixing yourself, but about coming back into right relationship with your inner wisdom and the living world around you.
I come to this work as a fellow human- someone who knows doubt, overwhelm, and the ongoing practice of finding steadiness in a complex world. I don’t offer quick fixes or promises of constant happiness. What I do offer is grounded support, thoughtful guidance, and nature-based practices that help you meet everyday challenges with more presence, clarity, and self-trust.
Coaching is forward-looking and supportive rather than clinical. It is not psychotherapy and does not focus on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, coaching offers space to explore current stressors, life transitions, and patterns of response—while cultivating insight, choice, and meaningful connection.
