PSYCHOTHERAPY OFFERINGS

Psychotherapy

I believe we are here to learn and grow as we move through life. There is no final destination called success or happiness—only an ongoing process of becoming more fully who we are. Healing is not an end point, but a gradual unfolding: learning to meet our stories with curiosity and compassion, strengthening our capacity to be with what arises, and gently loosening our grip on what no longer serves us. In this way, we begin to free ourselves from unnecessary suffering and come home to a deeper sense of ease and wholeness.

Psychotherapy is a place to slow down and turn toward what’s been asking for your attention. My work is rooted in an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, meeting the many parts of your inner world with curiosity and care rather than judgment. In this way, therapy becomes a space for understanding, healing, and gentle change.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, with attention to the nervous system and the wisdom of the body. Healing unfolds not through insight alone, but through safety, connection, and learning to listen inward. Alongside conversation, I incorporate simple somatic practices to support grounding and steadiness.

As a fellow human on this journey of self-discovery, I have also known grief, anger, confusion, and despair. Like many of us, I too struggle at times to find balance and move through doubt. I am not here to provide solutions or magic cures—because they do not exist. What I can offer are tools for the journey, along with guidance and support along the path. The potential for healing and growth already lives within you.

I offer psychotherapy to California residents, both in person and via telehealth. If this approach resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out to explore whether working together may be a good fit.

I currently offer individual and couples therapy for adults.
